INFORMATION: A resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio, for the site clearance and demolition project at the former Salem Mall property for future redevelopment opportunities. County funding assistance shall not exceed $200,000.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: $200,000
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Council agrees to this resolution.
