PURPOSE:  To place 14.316 acres of land in the agricultural tax district.

INFORMATION: Placement of property in the Agricultural Tax District with:  1) deferment of water, sewer and electrical assessments; 2) limited protection of lawsuits alleging nuisance; and 3) limited protection from eminent domain proceedings.  The placement of real property in an Agricultural Tax Distrcit does not change the current zoning of the property.
