PURPOSE: Facilitate rehabilitation and productive reuse of the property.

INFORMATION: 1 Strader Drive is currently owned by the City of Trotwood, acquired through Tax Foreclosure. In order to stabilize and redevelop this property into a productive unit, it is in the best interest of the City to transfer the property to the Trotwood CIC to be included in its Commercial Redevelopment programming.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Removes the burden of ownership from the City of Trotwood and places that on the Trotwood CIC.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the resolution and transfer to the Trotwood CIC for redevelopment.
