A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER’S AUTHORIZED DESIGNEE, TO WAIVE, WATER AND SEWER FEES COMMENCING MAY 1, 2019 AND TRASH FEES COMMENCING ON JUNE 1, 2019 UPON SUBMITTAL OF THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION BY THE PROPETY OWNER/TENANT, FOR PROPERTIES WHICH ARE NOW UNINHABITABLE DUE TO THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE TORNADOES THAT STRUCK THE CITY IN MAY OF 2019.
