INFORMATION: The residential parcel located at 4600 GARDENDALE AVE (PARCEL ID H33 01118 0006) is vacant and abandoned property and currently has delinquent real estate taxes/assessment balance of $1,911.80.

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Land Reutilization Programming.
