PURPOSE:  Facilitate rehabilitation and productive reuse of the property. This property will be demolished by the neighbor, who is requesting the tax foreclosure and combined with his property as additional yard.

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Land Reutilization Programming.
