INFORMATION: The residential parcel located at 4602 Salem Ave (PARCEL ID H33302112 0021) is vacant and abandoned property and currently has delinquent real estate taxes/assessment balance of $28,396.45.

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Land Reutilization Programming.
