INFORMATION: Currently, there is no definition existed in the Trotwood Zoning Code, and the Planning Commission believes it is necessary to have a definition in place, given that there seems to be more requests to set up adult daycare facilities in Trotwood.

RECOMMENDATION: Motion is required for this amendment for this first reading. Public Hearing is scheduled for December 2, 2019 for council to consider.
