A Motion by the Trotwood City Council to schedule a Public Hearing and to authorize the Law Director to draft an Ordinance accepting the recommendation from the Trotwood Planning Commission to approve the Zoning Map amendment on properties that are currently zoned L-I “Light Industrial” District to “L-I-1 Light Industrial 1.”

INFORMATION: This Ordinance will amend the Zoning Map to be consistent with the new zoning classifications following the adoption of OR14-20 (amends Chapter 1169) and OR15-20 (creates Chapter 1170), which creates two industrial districts in the City of Trotwood. This recommendation was made during the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission on September 22, 2020.
