INFORMATION: A Motion to repeal and replace current Section 549.08 of the City of Trotwood Codified Ordinances was on the Consent Agenda in December. However, the Law Director determined that the Chapter, not just a Section, of the City of Trotwood Codified Ordinances needs updated to reflect amendments to the Ohio Revised Code.
