PURPOSE:  Authorize the Law Director to draft and facilitate the deed transfer.

INFORMATION: This property was acquired by the TCIC through tax foreclosure and was recently subdivided from the future County Courthouse parcel. This property has a portion of the Government Center’s parking lot and ingress/egress to Main Street. The TCIC Board of Directors has authorized the transfer of the property situated north of East Main Street and west of Olive Road, Parcel No. H33 00102 0023.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: N/A; this property will be exempt from real estate taxes due to municipal use.
