INFORMATION: Motion: File 21-11, May 3, 2021; On May 27, 2019, an EF-4 tornado tore through the City of Trotwood. As a result of this major disaster as declared by the President and the Governor, FEMA became involved and coordinated the Disaster Relief Fund, which is an appropriation against which FEMA can direct, coordinate, manage, and fund eligible response and recovery efforts associated with domestic major disasters and emergencies that overwhelm State resources.
