INFORMATION: The Parks and Recreation Department will host a Drive-Thru Trick-or-Treat event on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Trotwood Industrial Park on Prosperity Drive.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Expenditures not to exceed $2,500 include advertising, supplies for candy distribution, decorations, and volunteer supplies.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
