INFORMATION: Motion 09/07/2021; File 21-24. This property will be transferred to the TCIC in order to be included in the Miami Valley Long Term Recovery Operations "Pathways to Homeownership" program. This program is a partnership of regional entities and volunteer groups that are building new homes in communities impacted by the 2019 Memorial Day tornado. The goal is to create new housing opportunities for residents still displaced by the tornado, providing both an opportunity to return to their community and to become a homeowner
