INFORMATION: The City of Trotwood, specifically the 45426 ZIP Code, was determined to be one of the most impacted and distressed areas due to the extreme damage the 2019 tornadoes inflicted on housing within the community.
As a result, the City received an award from the Ohio Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program, through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, to aid in housing recovery. Director Downing will review the Disaster Recovery Program and how funds will be utilized for multi-family housing developments.
