INFORMATION: The Recreation Department hosted an Expression Contest for Black History Month with the theme of “Black History is World History”. The contest was open to students who reside within the City of Trotwood and was structured to empower the youth of the City through the support of their artistic talents and expressions, celebrate black history in Trotwood and the United States, and foster community relations.
