INFORMATION: Mr. Sanders requested a variance from the minimum side yard setback on a corner lot to allow for a six-foot privacy fence along Camelot Road. The BZA granted him a variance with the condition that the fence is no more than 12 feet from his home. Mr. Sanders filed an Appeal of this decision as he desires to put the fence on his property line. See attachments for further details.
