INFORMATION: The Bike Helmet Safety and Spring Fling Event will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Madison Park, located at 301 South Broadway Street, Trotwood, OH 45426. The event will include the distribution of 72 bike helmets and safety instructions, a bike rodeo, health screenings by Premier Health, goodie bags, outdoor games and other activities. Partners include the Ohio American Academy of Pediatrics and Dayton Children’s Hospital.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Expenditures not to exceed $750.00 include entertainment and other necessary supplies.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
