INFORMATION: The Ohio Department of Transportation will be performing pavement repairs along State Route 35 between Lawncrest Avenue to just west of Union Road in the City of Trotwood (mile marker 9.00 - 9.75). Work is scheduled to begin this summer. The City is not a participant in this project; therefore, the sole purpose of the Resolution is to give consent to the Director of Transportation to complete the work as detailed in the Agreement.
