INFORMATION: Project Swifty is a confidential industrial site seeker who has named Trotwood as one of three (3) possible locations in the Dayton area to locate their manufacturing business. In order to be competitive with the other two (2) possible locations, the City must present an attractive incentive package, one that is the same model and structure used for Technicote.
This is an extremely time-sensitive opportunity so Council must act quickly. Because of the terms to be offered, support from the Trotwood Madison School Board and the MVCTC Board of Education will be required.
